Affordable Treatment For Everyone
At Shoreline Orthodontics, we make it easy and affordable to start your journey toward a beautiful smile. With flexible options, achieving the smile you’ve always wanted has never been more accessible or budget-friendly!
What To Expect
During your initial visit to Shoreline Orthodontics, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of your teeth and jaw alignment. This helps us determine if they are properly positioned and assess the overall alignment of your bite. It’s generally recommended that children have their first orthodontic evaluation around age 7, as this allows the orthodontist to gauge their current dental health and predict how their teeth will develop over time. Early intervention, when necessary, can help guide proper alignment, which may reduce the need for more extensive treatment later on.
In addition to the examination, we often take diagnostic images such as X-rays, photos, or impressions during this visit. These provide a more detailed look at your oral health, including tooth development, jawbone condition, and other important factors. With this comprehensive information, we can design a treatment plan that’s customized to address your specific needs, whether you’re a child, teen, or adult.
TREATMENT OPTIONS
We will then discuss whether orthodontic treatment is needed and, if so, whether it should begin right away or be delayed until your teeth and jaws have developed further. We will go over all available treatment options in detail, ensuring you fully understand each one before deciding on the best course of action.
This is also the perfect time for you to ask any questions you may have about your treatment. To help guide your conversation, here are some common questions you might want to consider during your first visit:
- When is the best time to start treatment?
- What procedures will be involved?
- Will I need any teeth extractions?
- How long will the treatment take?
- What is the cost, and what are the payment options?
- What are the office policies I should be aware of during my treatment?
Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care you’ll be receiving.
